Felicia – I’m a sister, daughter, wife, mother, and in my free time a civil engineer. I love to travel, bake, garden, and sew/knit/crochet. Raising my son and daughter who are now in high school and middle school is still the most exciting adventure I’ve taken on. On this journey, I’ve learned a lot about balancing our schedules, managing our health, maintaining our budget, and protecting our planet. Most importantly, I’ve learned there is always plenty more to learn! The idea for my first website/blog Notes to My Sister (Sister Notes) was birthed in December 2007. It was conceived out of a desire to collect and share life-lessons and wisdom with the fabulous women around me. In 2009, I’m keenly interested in making everyday choices that sustain my family’s  health, our planet, and the people I share it with. I believe that there are choices both big and small that we can make everyday not only to minimize the imprint that we leave behind for future generations, but also to improve our current health and happiness. Think Organic Baby is a project with my sister, Stephanie of BizzieMommy.com, to help us expand our sustainable choices.
